of some basic nutritional
information and procedures and
how to incorporate that into
your lifestyle.  
Good food preparation and
planning is the most important
factor in sticking to your diet.  If
you don't prepare and plan
ahead, you'll find yourself at
some fast food restaurant
during lunch buying the burger
and fries that are definitely NOT
on your diet!

training programs are great for those
who don't necessarily need face-to-face
exercise supervision, and could use the
assistance of a trainer to help with
program design, accountability, and
